Welcome to ADR Pet Stores – Orillia! 

  

Our names are Stefan and Kate Arroyo. We have two children, Jacob and Gabriela, and two Boston Terriers named Easton and Everest.  

 

We have been able to experience and witness the amazing benefits of feeding a raw food diet to both of our dogs, young and old. We became inspired to get involved with ADR Pet Stores after being customers ourselves. The quality of the food, treats, and supplements was impressive, the customer service was unbeatable, and the convenience of the raw food blends made the transition simple. 

 

To us, feeding a raw food diet to our dogs simply makes sense. It is the way that nature designed them to eat. We do our best to prioritize the health of ourselves and our children through a natural, fresh, and unprocessed diet, so why would we not extend the same opportunity to our pets? Our dogs absolutely love their food (we used to think they were “grazers”), their stools are small and firm, their coats are so soft and shiny, and their oral health has improved. This list could go on and on.  

  

We are proud to offer a Canadian sourced, hormone and antibiotic-free species-appropriate diet for your furry family members.

Our meals and all-natural treats come from federally-inspected plants and contain only the cleanest and freshest ingredients. Our food will never contain any animal by-products or MSM (mechanically separated meat).

We follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) process from the first step of production to the finished product.
